### Job Responsibilities

As a welder fabricator at G&T Construction, you will be responsible for:

- Proficiently welding and using various fabrication tools and equipment, with welding certification preferred - Having a minimum of 3 years of structural welding and fabricating experience (MIG, TIG, ARC) - Operating and maintaining fabrication equipment, such as welding machines, grinders, and cutting tools - Reading, understanding, and following engineering drawings accurately - Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet industry standards and project requirements - Demonstrating strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Being willing to travel when required - Holding a clean driver's license with your own reliable transport - Being legally entitled to work in New Zealand - Working effectively as part of a team - Demonstrating reliability and punctuality
