About the Role

Due to growth, we have openings for Workshop Service Technicians at our Auckland branch. Join our valuable Workshop Service Team in the Aftersales Division, where you will be responsible for servicing and repairing forklift trucks from our customer base and rental assets. We welcome apprentices who have completed their programs successfully, as well as automotive and heavy vehicle mechanics seeking to enhance their earnings. Key requirements for this role include knowledge of internal combustion engines, electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs, a relevant trade qualification, a current NZ driver’s license, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Forklift license is advantageous, and training will be provided.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of internal combustion engines, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Relevant trade qualification in Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, or Diesel Mechanic
  • Current NZ Driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
