What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse in Community Palliative Care

As an RN in our Community Palliative Care team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide support, education, and compassionate care to patients. Your responsibilities will include working with practice nurses, district nurses, and aged residential care facilities to ensure the well-being of patients.

Skills Needed for the Role

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Current NZ Annual Practising Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • A passion for providing holistic palliative care
  • Adaptability and the ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Computer literacy
  • Current full NZ Driver's Licence
