As a Registered Nurse at IRT, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the health and quality of life for residents in the Aged Care Centre. Your clinical expertise and compassionate care will make a positive impact on the lives of older Australians.

### Responsibilities

- Providing clinical care - Managing and supervising care workers - Undertaking client assessments - Monitoring clients' care needs and evaluating care plans - Providing necessary treatments

### Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration - Knowledge of clinical issues related to ageing and dementia - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Empathy and passion for supporting older Australians - Experience working in an aged care center environment
