About You:

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare network. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, resilience in a complex environment, and the ability to manage diverse priorities effectively.

About the Role:

The Senior Occupational Therapist will work within the Forensic Mental Health Service, providing assessment and treatment services to consumers of NALHN. This role involves working in the secure psychiatric unit, James Nash House, with clients who have been declared not guilty by reason of mental impairment or unfit to plead. The Senior Occupational Therapist will collaborate with other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes and provide clinical leadership within the hospital services.

Requirements: Applicants must hold a degree or equivalent qualification entitling registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
