Overview:
A well-established manufacturing company in Mangere is looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Administrator with strong senior accounting skills. The ideal candidate will oversee various financial responsibilities and work in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks related to financial operations
- Manage and oversee accounts payable processes
- Conduct regular payment runs ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable functions
- Implement effective strategies for debtor collections
- Oversee and record inventory transactions accurately
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Reconcile various general ledger accounts
- Possess intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Complete customer service and manufacturing paperwork
Requirements:
- Ability to work at pace and input data accurately within specified timeframes
- Resilient and solution-orientated
- Relevant experience in accounting
- Eye for detail and a passion for numbers
- Good written and verbal command of English
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Intermediate computer skills and understanding of Microsoft and accounting software (AX)
- Ability to work independently and have a drive for success
