Overview:

A well-established manufacturing company in Mangere is looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Administrator with strong senior accounting skills. The ideal candidate will oversee various financial responsibilities and work in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle administrative tasks related to financial operations
• Manage and oversee accounts payable processes
• Conduct regular payment runs ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable functions
• Implement effective strategies for debtor collections
• Oversee and record inventory transactions accurately
• Perform regular bank reconciliations
• Reconcile various general ledger accounts
• Possess intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Complete customer service and manufacturing paperwork

Requirements:

• Ability to work at pace and input data accurately within specified timeframes
• Resilient and solution-orientated
• Relevant experience in accounting
• Eye for detail and a passion for numbers
• Good written and verbal command of English
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Intermediate computer skills and understanding of Microsoft and accounting software (AX)
• Ability to work independently and have a drive for success
