Responsibilities and Skills Required

The ideal candidate for this position should have a positive attitude, be capable of multitasking, and strive to achieve targets efficiently. Some of the day-to-day tasks involved in this role include managing the Oasis Accounts Payable workflow system, handling exception management, ensuring timelines are met, conducting payment runs, training other team members on Oasis, maintaining databases, and reconciling statements. An initial two-week business induction will be provided to familiarize the new team member with the operation.

Skills required for this role include the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, high attention to detail, self-management skills with exceptional time management, problem-solving capabilities, independence in work, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a strong work ethic.
