### Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Principals and team members on a diverse range of clients - Manage workflow and ensure jobs are completed within budget - Act as the key contact point for client management - Review the work of junior team members - Focus on technical compliance and value-added advisory work
### Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a New Zealand Accounting firm at a reviewer/supervisory level - Proficiency in Xero packages and Xero add-ons - Strong knowledge of NZ IRD tax requirements - Experience in stakeholder management and direct client communication - Engagement with outsourced providers is a plus
