Job Details

• Position: Core Children's Worker
• Work Hours: Permanent part-time, minimum of 32 hours per fortnight
• Locations: Pukekohe, Papakura, Botany, and Middlemore Hospital

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administration of inpatient and outpatient services and referrals in line with Counties Manukau Women’s Health guidelines. Your tasks will include:

• Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and carry out general administrative duties
• Register patients and maintain accurate information on iPM and Maternity Care Information System (MCIS)
• Manage electronic inboxes, scheduling processes, and waiting lists

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 3 years of work history in health administration or a related field
• Good working knowledge of iPM
• Excellent customer focus, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Strong command of the English language and interpersonal communication skills
