Job Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload
- Providing evidence-based assessment and services in various settings such as homes, communities, and clinics
- Liaising with NDIS participants, their families, carers, and other healthcare professionals
- Gaining a deep understanding of clients' needs and establishing achievable goals
- Designing appropriate therapy plans, equipment recommendations, and support strategies
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Current NZ Police Check and Australian Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Full Covid-19 vaccination with certificate proof
- Ability to apply for a Working with Children Check and NDIS worker check
- Full Australian working rights
