If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a savvy, fun, and professional Administrator/PA to join our client in Manukau on a long-term temporary basis. This role offers the possibility of a permanent position in the future.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be providing top-tier support to the Contact Centre Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Excel reporting, expense record-keeping, and data capturing
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations that will impress
  • Organizing meetings with ninja precision
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Ordering supplies and ensuring the smooth running of the office

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
