Responsibilities:

As an Administrator at Northern Health School, you will be responsible for:

• Providing efficient and effective administrative support
• Managing office procedures and technology
• Communicating with a wide range of people
• Demonstrating attention to detail and initiative
• Handling multiple tasks with a positive attitude
• Working in a flexible and supportive environment

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 2-3 years of administration experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and office procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Cultural competency and sensitivity
• Previous finance or budgeting experience is an advantage
• New Zealand driving licence
• Full clean driving licence and police check
