Join our Team as an Office Administrator in Auckland

Are you looking to be a part of a growing company with a great team? We are seeking an office administrator to join our Auckland office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is punctual, reliable, and eager to learn.

Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities

As an office administrator, your duties will include:

  • Managing the main reception/front desk
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Basic computer tasks like scanning and updating information
  • Assisting with transport bookings and documentation
  • Processing sales and purchases through MYOB EXO system
  • Entry and maintenance of Customer ID register
  • General office duties as required

Additional Skills

Experience with MYOB EXO financial system is a bonus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The role requires someone who is organized, a quick learner, and enjoys challenges.

Working Hours and Application

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
