About the Role: Advisor - Quality Assurance

Dynaspeak, a leading provider of language learning programs, is looking for a dedicated Advisor - Quality Assurance to uphold academic standards and ensure compliance across all aspects of their programs. This full-time position based in Albany, Auckland, involves traveling to various Dynaspeak sites across Auckland to conduct audits, monitor quality delivery, and provide support to maintain program standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards
  • Monitor attendance, files, and assessment processes for quality assurance
  • Provide support to staff for consistent moderation outcomes
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure accreditation standards are met through program reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance in tertiary education
  • Understanding of NZQA assessment, moderation, and accreditation
  • Familiarity with TEC funding rules and legislative requirements
  • Full New Zealand driver's license
  • Experience with program approval and Accreditation Rules

Desired Qualifications:

A tertiary teaching qualification and a willingness to engage in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Māori values, culture, and tikanga would be advantageous for this role.
