Join Our Team as a Music Tutor Reliever at Marshall Laing Music School

Are you passionate about music and teaching? We are looking for skilled music tutors to join our team at Marshall Laing Music School in Mount Roskill, Auckland. We have openings for relievers on Saturday mornings to teach a variety of instruments to primary and intermediate level students.

Opportunities Available

We are in need of relievers for the following instruments:

• Choir
• Piano
• Keyboard
• Cello
• Clarinet
• Classical Guitar
• Drums
• Flute
• Recorder
• Saxophone
• Trumpet
• Violin

Job Responsibilities

As a music tutor, you will be responsible for tutoring individual and small groups of students on their chosen instrument. The levels of expertise range from beginners to higher grade levels. We are looking for candidates with a minimum Grade 8 proficiency in their instrument. While teaching experience is preferred, we are willing to provide training and support to the right candidate.

Requirements

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must undergo a Police Vetting/Working with Children check. This is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of our students. If you meet the qualifications and are passionate about music education, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation
