Drive Compliance and Process Improvements

As the AML Compliance Specialist/Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the AML/CFT program while reporting to the GM of Operations. Your responsibilities will include delivering AML/CFT compliance, driving improvements in processes and frameworks, training customer service teams, handling performance reporting, and managing issue escalations.
