About The Role

As a Retention Specialist at Generate, you will play a key role in our customer retention success. Your customer-centric approach will be essential in shaping retention initiatives and influencing long-term customer relationships. Your typical day will involve engaging with members, conducting market research, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What Sets You Apart

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of qualifications, experience, and interpersonal skills. A Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services, 3+ years of experience in customer retention or related roles, high emotional intelligence, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities are key requirements. Compliance knowledge and experience with Salesforce would be highly desirable.
