Job Role

The role involves coordinating and overseeing day-to-day support activities for the MS Dynamics platforms within the organization, specifically focusing on FinOps (F&O). The responsibilities include managing and maintaining the existing system, as well as implementing the future release roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for the core Dynamics 365 platform (FinOps)
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain Workforce Dimensions configuration
  • Perform system configuration, testing support, and administration during implementation
  • Update and maintain system and integration interfaces
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues
  • Act as the primary technical contact person for Microsoft, engaging with Microsoft Global Support and online communities
  • Analyze and test release upgrades for new functionality and changes
  • Understand the MS Dynamics roadmap and release cycle
  • Manage relevant third-party vendors and their performance

Your Profile

To be considered for this role, you must have at least two years of experience in an application support role, with a strong focus on MS Dynamics FinOps. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
