To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess: - At least 4 years of experience in supporting applications. - Proficiency in MS SQL language and tools, which is essential for the role. - ITIL and ITSM certification would be ideal. - Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of products, including Jira and Confluence. - Desirable experience in logistics, Transport Management Systems (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). - Skills in support management for bespoke applications, especially those built on .NET.

Please note that applications from individuals without a valid New Zealand work right will not be considered for this position. The location of this role is in Auckland CBD, offering a competitive benefit package in the range of $100,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
