About the Position
We are currently seeking an Area Operations Manager to join our team in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a supervisory team across multiple sites to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility in hours to meet operational needs.
Key Competencies and Requirements
- Commercial cleaning skills and management experience
- Proven leadership and team motivation skills
- Strong planning, time-management, organization, and operational skills
- Service-focused with a performance-driven attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage regional clients and staff remotely
- Capability to multitask and problem-solve
- Knowledge of New Zealand health and safety, and employment legislation
- Intermediate IT literacy, including Microsoft software and mobile apps
- Legal entitlement to work full-time in New Zealand
- NZ Police clearance
- Current Full Class 1 NZ Driver Licence with a clean driving record
- Willingness to undergo workplace health and drug testing if required
