We are looking for a dedicated Electrician to join our inclusive, fun, and collaborative team at GWF's Wiri Bakery. In this role, you will provide round-the-clock support to ensure timely product deliveries. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical services, supporting production and site activities to optimize productivity, and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement maintenance opportunities
• Achieve maintenance and reliability targets
• Optimize productivity and minimize downtime
• Problem-solving and fault finding
• Drive operational performance improvements

About You

If you have a minimum of 3 years of electrical maintenance experience in an FMCG environment, hold a Full Electrical license, and are registered with the Electrical Workers Registration Board of NZ, we want to hear from you. You should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. Being able to work independently and as part of a team is essential for this role.
