Job requirements:

- Registered Social Worker with 5 years post-graduation experience - Experience in the care sector - Passion for evidence-based practice

Job responsibilities:

- Assessing mātua whāngai for providing a safe environment for mokopuna - Collaborating with Clinical Consultant for therapeutic strategies - Coordinating resources for effective service delivery - Coaching and supporting mātua whāngai - Working directly with mokopuna, their whānau, caregivers, and community

Qualifications:

- Must be a registered Social Worker - Five years post-graduation experience - Understanding of the care system is advantageous

Skills:

- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player - Excellent time-management and documentation skills
