Flexible Working and National Reach

With offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, Careerforce welcomes applications from all over New Zealand. While most work with trainees is done virtually, flexibility is offered for those who prefer working from home. Responsibilities and Ideal Candidate

The role involves working with employees across New Zealand who are enrolled in Careerforce programs leading to NZQA qualifications. Assessment of Business, Leadership & Management modules, providing feedback, and occasional face-to-face coaching are part of the job. The ideal candidate should have experience in business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Leadership & Management, NZ Unit Standard 4098, or 30421, and a clean NZ Driver Licence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM and LMS systems are also essential.
