About the Role

As a Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include leading teams during shifts, training and coaching staff members, ensuring excellent customer service, and engaging in shop floor activities. This part-time role requires you to work on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, totaling 20 hours per week.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven Duty Manager and retail experience
• Passion for a retail career and exceptional customer service skills
• Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work weekends and understanding of Health and Safety protocols
