Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading and managing a retail team
  • Foster a positive team environment
  • Provide exceptional customer care
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Support operational management of store systems
  • Collaborate with Retail Managers in Auckland and Wellington
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the brand and products
  • Implement visual merchandising plans
  • Organize seasonal launches and events
  • Manage seasonal sales

Role Requirements

  • 28-36 hours per week (flexible schedule)
  • Retail or fashion experience preferred
  • High-end retail sales experience is a plus
  • Interest in womenswear and design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eye for detail and merchandising skills
  • Previous experience with retail software desirable
  • High personal presentation standards
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate
