Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of PQE in litigation, specifically in body corporate law. In this role, you will work on a variety of body corporate matters including unit title litigation, debt collection, defective building claims, and leaky building litigation. Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will be a senior solicitor or senior associate with exceptional skills in drafting, discovery, and strategic thinking.
