The Role

As a Structural Leader, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Auckland business. With a strong pipeline of projects in seismic strengthening, as well as new build commercial and residential design, you will tackle technically challenging assignments, engage with clients, and lead a team of engineers and drafting specialists. This role offers the chance to play a vital part in delivering innovative solutions to a diverse clientele.

About You

• Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience
• CPEng Structural Engineer accreditation (preferred but not necessary)
• Proven ability in managing client relationships
• Successful track record in delivering technically complex projects
• Experience in team management
