Specsavers is seeking an Audiology Assistant to work 2 days per week at our Newmarket and Mount Wellington locations. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support in the audiology customer journey. The role also presents the opportunity to advance into a Clinic Manager position through our comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform hearing screening and maintenance
  • Build rapport with clients
  • Schedule appointments and manage administrative duties
  • Liaise with store partners for smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

  • Passionate about making a positive impact
  • Experience in retail/customer service
  • Previous audiology or allied health experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and troubleshooting abilities
