Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a retail team
• Foster a positive team environment
• Provide exceptional customer care
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Operational management of store systems and reporting
• Coordinate with Wellington based management
• Collaborate with the studio team for retail outcomes
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the brand
• Implement visual merchandising plans
• Organize and manage seasonal launches and events
• Manage seasonal sales
• Assist with recruitment

Role Requirements:

• Full-time position, 40hrs per week (Tues - Sat)
• Management experience preferred
• High-end retail sales experience is a plus
• Interest in womenswear and design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the twenty-seven names brand
• Detail-oriented with merchandising skills
• Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Vend POS, Shopify, and Go Sweet Spot desirable
• High personal presentation standards
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Flexible schedule
