Job Description:

The role of a Service Advisor at this family-owned workshop will involve interacting with customers and staff to ensure a top-notch customer experience. You will be responsible for booking service and repair appointments, providing quotations, managing costing and invoice completion, and acting as a liaison between the workshop manager, technicians, and customers to keep them informed about their vehicle's service or repair progress.

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Knowledge of SAM software or willingness to learn
• Accounting experience is a plus
