Job responsibilities:

- Perform Audits, Recovery Exercises, Server Recoveries, backup checks, and resolve backup issues - Ensure availability and uptime of services through continuous improvement and monitoring - Identify and recommend proactive services monitoring and improvement - Manage and update assigned tickets within defined SLAs - Identify risks to services, adhere to Change Enablement processes, contribute to services roadmaps - Provide technical and operational input into solutions and service architecture - Recommend improvements to processes, systems, services, and tools
