Job Overview: Brand Ambassador

Are you passionate about sales and eager to represent the phil&teds® and Mountain Buggy® brands? As a Brand Ambassador based in Auckland, this role involves training retail staff, building relationships with retailers, showcasing products in-store, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams. Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to engage customers, drive sales, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Train retail staff on brand and products
• Develop relationships with retailers
• Present products in-store
• Merchandise products in-store
• Coordinate activities with marketing and sales teams
• Attend consumer events and provide feedback
• Handle consumer inquiries and complaints

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

• Ability to sell, explain, and train effectively
• Strong product and brand knowledge
• Focus on driving sales and building relationships
• Initiative and autonomy in work
• Excellent communication skills
