Job requirements

  • Full current driver's license required

Job responsibilities

  • Performing maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks at refugee resettlement facilities
  • Conducting a variety of building facilities tasks and general handyman activities
  • Minor repairs, carpentry work, painting, landscaping, plumbing, etc.
  • Setting up conference and meeting rooms
  • Shifting and reconnecting PCs and electrical equipment

Qualifications

  • Extensive relevant experience in building related trades
  • Police vetting required

Skills

  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage projects and maintain tools
  • Good understanding of facilities management software
