Job requirements
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and repair work
- 8-10 years of practical work experience

- Full current driver's license required
Job responsibilities
- Performing maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks at refugee resettlement facilities
- Conducting a variety of building facilities tasks and general handyman activities
- Minor repairs, carpentry work, painting, landscaping, plumbing, etc.
- Setting up conference and meeting rooms
- Shifting and reconnecting PCs and electrical equipment
Qualifications
- Extensive relevant experience in building related trades
- Police vetting required
Skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Ability to manage projects and maintain tools
- Good understanding of facilities management software
