Role Description
Initially, you will be based on a commercial project in Auckland central, with the potential for involvement in multiple projects in the future. Your responsibilities will include providing technical expertise in the Building Services space, covering all technical areas of Building services, coordinating and managing subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, overseeing Health and Safety, and handling documentation and reporting.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Commercial Construction company in New Zealand. You should possess a strong understanding of building services and be adept at managing subcontractors and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
