Job Description: Site Foreman Role in Auckland

Overview:

Lynx Recruitment is collaborating with a leading subcontractor in the commercial sector with multiple ongoing projects in Auckland. They are currently seeking a Site Foreman to oversee operations at various locations around the city. The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 based on the candidate's experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Site Manager and installation teams
• Set and monitor daily/weekly work tasks
• Manage daily activities of the installation team
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues
• Ensure compliance with installation methodology and quality assurance
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the installation process
• Attend meetings with Site Manager and Project Manager
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and subcontractors
• Report project progress to the management team
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist in performance evaluations of installers
• Complete cladding set out from provided layouts

Qualifications / Skills Required:

• Hands-on approach when necessary
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of facade systems installation requirements
• Proven experience in team management
• Ability to anticipate and address potential project delays
• Proficiency in reading shop drawings
• Planning and organizing tasks for installers
