Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be a key player within the product squad, bridging the gap between user needs and business objectives. Your focus will be on leading the business analysis efforts for high-value strategic initiatives to ensure technical feasibility, financial viability, and alignment with the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize API integration experience to streamline data flows and enhance product functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop and prioritize strategic plans.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover implications and consequences for initiatives.
- Work with UX and Engineering teams to design solutions that meet user needs and technical requirements.
- Drive outcome-based delivery by ensuring a shared understanding of project requirements across all levels of the organization.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in API integration to facilitate seamless data exchange and enhance product capabilities.
- Advanced business analysis skills with proficiency in BA techniques and methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and human-centered design practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of success in complex project environments.
