About the Role

In this pivotal role at Taikura Trust, you will be immersed in analysing product lines, service delivery, and overall business performance. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to understand business objectives, identifying problems and solutions through in-depth analysis, creating business cases for new service lines, and interpreting data patterns to inform decision-making and strategy. About You

The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail are essential. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, especially MS Power BI, along with a relevant tertiary qualification, is preferred. Previous experience in health or a service-based sector would be advantageous. Demonstrating a commitment to Taikura values is key to excelling in this position.
