Job Description

As a Specialist at Sound Group Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and individual assistance to clients in the Custom Audio-Visual in-Home Systems space. Collaborating with the Sound Group Team, you will work on supporting all Brands and resolving network issues in residential and commercial settings.

Requirements

• Experience in networking and the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues
• Knowledge of DNS, IGMP, Multicast, Unicast, and WIFI channels
• Logical problem-solving abilities and a calm attitude towards clients
• Willingness to learn and a professional approach to tasks
• Effective communication skills
• Holder of a full clean driver's license

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in customer support
• Knowledge of RS232 or serial commands and IR
• Understanding of HDMI basics

Work Details
