IT Applications Manager

Location: Waitakere & West Auckland

About the Role:

As the IT Applications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in aligning technology with business processes within the organization. You will lead a team of 8 professionals, including applications and systems support, functional consultants, and business analysts, to support and deliver application enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and configuration to ensure applications meet business and regulatory needs.
• Support strategic decision-making and facilitate compliance with industry regulations.
• Own Incident, Request, Patch, and Problem Management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define a Digital Roadmap in collaboration with the Digital Leadership team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
• SAP implementation and project management experience
• Experience in the finance, pharmaceutical, or energy industry is beneficial
• ITIL certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with great interpersonal and leadership skills
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and eager for career progression
