Role Overview

The company is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to generate leads, schedule appointments for Business Development and Regional Managers, and help drive sales growth through strategic outbound calls and relationship building with key organizations across New Zealand. Most outbound calls will be warm leads, but proactive prospecting is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective clients to generate high-quality leads.
• Contribute to sales growth through outbound calling and appointment setting.
• Provide a positive customer experience and maintain brand integrity.
• Support the overall sales strategy by identifying trends and opportunities.

Requirements
