Key Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities in the commercial cleaning and facilities management sector
- Working on business proposals, tender documents, and contracts
- Developing and executing business development strategies
- Handling pricing, quoting, and negotiation
- Utilizing marketing capabilities to identify new ways of reaching the market
Requirements for the Role
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in the facilities and commercial cleaning sector
- A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or a related field
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in writing business proposals and reviewing contracts
- Experience with MS Office suite and computer skills
- A sales-oriented mindset and the ability to drive strong sales growth
