Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing lasting relationships with clients. Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Generating leads through various channels
• Managing supply chain and distribution across the country
• Overseeing new sales lead development and exploring new business opportunities
• Ensuring regular market visits and meeting with key clients
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG sector
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record in sales
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
