The Role

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service
• Ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the team to achieve goals
• Working with cutting-edge transport components
• Maintaining inventory and customer relationships
• Supporting the external sales team
• Contributing to business development
• Participating in stock management activities
• Supporting the warehouse by picking and packing orders when needed

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about customer service and sales
• Has strong communication skills
• Has experience in internal sales/customer service
• Has a background in the transport industry (preferred)
• Hold a valid driver's license
• A team player
• Having a forklift license is advantageous
• Has a keen interest in health and safety
