About the Role

As the Business Improvement Lead reporting to the Business Planning and Improvement Director, your primary responsibility will be developing the System Road Map for NZ Telco and overseeing its implementation. Key tasks include managing the migration to a new work management tool, system planning for new customers, project delivery for N3C systems, stakeholder management, strategic planning facilitation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a background in business improvement, change management, data analysis, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, strategic thinking, and a Tertiary qualification in Business or Information Technology/Systems are desirable. Advanced skills in MS Office applications, system development methodologies, excel, MS Project, and Visio are crucial for success in this role.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Telco or Infrastructure Services experience preferred
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Previous project management experience
