Position Overview

As a key member of Kiwibank's Sustainable Finance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sustainable finance solutions. This role involves working with a diverse range of customers, including businesses and individuals, to encourage sustainability through innovative financial products and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Professional experience in sustainable finance, sustainability/ESG, banking, or investment
• Knowledge of financial services products related to sustainability
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis
• Familiarity with banking processes, policies, and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
