Job Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner at MercyAscot, you will provide general HR services to our healthcare professionals and support staff. Your role will involve delivering practical and legally sound advice on employee relations, employment law, and people strategy. Experience in a unionised healthcare environment is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a large organisation in New Zealand. You should possess a warm and approachable personality, be self-directed, accountable, confident, resilient, and customer-focused. Your ability to make rational judgments and decisions based on your knowledge and experience will be essential in this role.
