Currently, we are seeking a Business Learning Manager to lead our enterprise-wide training needs analysis and develop tailored learning programs.

Opportunity Details

This 12-month fixed term position is based at Aon’s Head Office in the Aon Centre in the Commercial Bay precinct. As a Business Learning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the New Zealand Business Learning framework aligned with the country's 3-year strategy. You will lead a team of experienced learning advisors to analyze training needs and deliver customized programs to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with functional leads to align learning content with strategic business priorities
  • Build a team of Business Learning Advisors to deploy local content and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Partner with the APAC Learning Centre of Excellence to integrate regional programs
  • Track and report on learning delivery and ROI through quantifiable metrics

Skills and Experience

Successful candidates will have:

  • Commercial experience in Financial Services or a highly regulated environment
  • Understanding of learning in a regulated environment and evidencing learner records
  • Experience in leading enterprise-wide learning frameworks
  • Change management expertise, especially in colleague capability development
  • Strong business planning skills at operational and strategic levels
  • Effective engagement and communication abilities
