About the Role

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring their needs are met and empowering them to understand their rights and options. This fixed-term role offers an opportunity to work towards positive change and make a significant impact.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience in client care, particularly with Intellectual Disability clients, and a good understanding of relevant legislation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a willingness to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Empathy and a commitment to supporting disabled individuals are key attributes for this role.

Salary Range: $68,660 - $83,003 per year
