About the Role

As the Research and Evaluation Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and providing oversight of all research and evaluation activities at Le Va. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing best practices and fostering collaborations at a national level. This full-time role based in Manukau requires someone with a relevant tertiary qualification, extensive experience in research and evaluation, and a high level of Pasifika cultural competency.

You Are the Ideal Candidate If:

• You have a relevant tertiary qualification (minimum Masters, preferably PhD) in Health or Social Sciences.
• You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position or leadership role in research and evaluation.
• You possess quantitative and qualitative research skills, including experience with Pasifika methodologies.
• You demonstrate proven excellence in report writing and written communication.
• You have the ability to deliver presentations confidently to external audiences.
• You exhibit a high level of Pasifika cultural competency and experience working with Pasifika communities.
• You hold a full, clean New Zealand driver's license and are willing to travel nationally when required.
