Job Title: Consular Assistant

Location: Auckland CBD

Salary Range: NZ$82,652 - $111,573 per year

Job Description:

  • Processing consular applications and providing information to the public
  • Handling visas, passports, and other consular applications
  • Performing fraud checks and maintaining records
  • Delivering timely responses to complex citizenship and visa issues
  • Adhering to specific rules, procedures, and guidelines
  • Rotating into different roles every six months

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and cash management
  • Completion of two years of post-secondary education
